Wasserman & Lemberger is a Baltimore based butcher shop that was established in 1950. In the early 90's it was bought by Mr. Arie Benjamin. Emigrating from Lucerne, Switzerland Arie brought with him his unique style of homemade deli and charcuterie.

At Wasserman & Lemberger we offer a full-service butchery, specializing in only the highest quality meats. Most of our beef comes locally sourced, including many Rosetta beef products. All of our deli and charcuterie are handmade on site, gluten free, with little additives and nitrates.

We provide a variety of pre-packed beef, chicken, and turkey products. We carry our homemade hot dogs, sausages and hamburgers in easy reach in cases. We even provide a custom meat cutting counter should you need any specialty items. We have an on site deli for all your cold cut needs.
